#48 - ⛓️ The chain of a Slave

The Chain of a Slave is a tribute to the millions of African men, women, and children who endured the brutality of slavery and the generations that fought to reclaim their freedom, dignity, and humanity. 

The painting invites viewers to remember the sacrifices made by those who came before us and to reflect on the true value of freedom. Rights and liberties that may seem ordinary today were often won through immense struggle, perseverance, and sacrifice.

Freedom should never be taken for granted. It honors those who endured oppression and celebrates the enduring strength of the human spirit to break chains, overcome injustice, and pursue a more equal future.
